| After performing over 3,000 shows for circus
and school audiences throughout the United States, Scott Ertl ran away
from the circus to join a town! During his 9 years touring with
different circus and stage shows, Scott amazed audiences with his
comedy magic, juggling, and stilt-walking!
Since 1986, Scott has shared his love for
performing with children of all ages to enjoy learning circus arts. He
has taught performance skills with The College of William and
Mary, Frenchwoods Festival of the Performing Arts (first-class
NY Performing Arts Camp), and countless YMCA,
Scouts, and recreation departments.
The
2010 Fun Magic Camp is Scott's 10th year
teaching magic to children in Winston-Salem. Children love learning the
art of thrilling and entertaining their family and friends! Campers
remark how much they enjoy learning and laughing from Scott--He's a fun
teacher who captivates and inspires them to slow down and master their
own presentation. This helps children develop their unique style,
instead of just copying tricks. He empowers all students to stimulate
their creativity and charisma!
Scott's enthusiasm and humor are contagious!
He's a master teacher, skilled performer, and compassionate
magic coach! Your child will have fun learning, laughing, and loving
magic during this week-long apprenticeship.
During
the school year, Scott is a guidance
counselor at Marvin Ward Elementary School. You
